Sebas Cangiano Co-Founder & Strategy Director
+20 years of brand strategy and storytelling for multiple companies around the world.
Graduated in Advertising and Communication Sciences at UCES in Buenos Aires (Argentina), he began his career in Draft Direct (Chicago, USA) in 1996. Before founding Virgen Extra, he was part of di Paola (where he was appointed Creative Director at age 26, the youngest person to take up the position in the agency's history), CP Communication BBDDO and Shackleton. In his work as creative director at Shackleton, the work done for clients such as BMW, Mini and Cepsa, among others, stands out. During his time at Shackleton, he received over 40 national and international awards.
Ismael Medina Co-Founder & Creative Director
+20 years of branding and graphic design for multiple sectors.
Graduated in Visual Arts and Communication at the Tracor School of Arts, he began his career as a graphic designer working in brands such as González Byass, Puertos del Estado and Knight Frank. In 2002 he moved to Valencia to develop and implement the graphic project L'Oceanografic of the City of Arts and Sciences. He then joined EHS Brann Madrid as Senior Art Director. In 2004, he moved to Shackleton as Creative Supervisor, managing accounts such as BMW, Mini and Cepsa, among others, and obtaining more than 40 national and international awards. Ismael was recently nominated by the Andalusian Association of Designers (AAD) for the Professional Career Award in its 1ºth Edition of the ADD Awards.
Johnny Harb Business Development Director
A professional with experience in project management, throughout my career I have consistently demonstrated a high capacity to lead teams effectively, managing complex projects and ensuring the timely completion of all assigned tasks. His experience ranges from thorough project analysis to the implementation of various strategies that optimize companies' communication efficiency and maximize their effectiveness. Additionally, he possess strong analytical skills that allows him to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to solve communication problems. His proactive approach and strong commitment to excellence have consistently enables him to exceed established objectives and contribute significantly to the success of the organizations he has collaborated with.

Designers, art directors and illustrators are part of the Soleá team. But also, as each project has particular needs, over the years we have created a group of collaborators with whom we collaborate permanently, including digital developers, photographers, architects and interior designers.
